The warehouse informatics design is one of our most complicated tasks. All processes that operate the warehouse are developed in this session. The informatics system as a tool has to be based on and utterly support the former accepted logistics process. The fist copy of the system plan, which was established as a result of process planning, is used as a tender material. It ensures that the informatics system suppliers are able to give proposals based on the same technical content. This makes the conduct of the high-value investment more simple and transparent. The system plan serves as the basis of the informatics system specification that contains the exact informatics implementation steps. Usually a part of our task is the participation in the consultations with the informatics supplier. At the meetings we mainly judge the emerging suggestions that divert from the original plan and we represent the interests of our customer.
