One of our major filed is to design and optimise the supplying resources in a warehouse or factory. The term resource means not only the type and number of the machine tools but the human resources as well.
At the optimisation process we take into consideration the following attributes of the human workforce: qualification, authority, shifts, etc. We have also a big experience in the modelling of manual task implementation.
We use simulation to resource optimisation, because we consider it to the most efficient and diverse tool.
